How is my digital data safely destroyed?

Vault’s commercial shredders cut your hard drives and digital storage devices into many small fragments, making it impossible to retrieve any information from them. A much more comprehensive service than just erasing the data, there’s no way to access anything on the hard drive after we destroy it. We’ll also provide you with Certificates of Destruction including the serial numbers we recorded before destruction.

Yes. We offer bulk and recurring shredding services. Our equipment is capable of shredding large amounts of paper at the same time. Vault Document Destruction specialises in bulk shredding for businesses and individuals.

Do you offer on-site and off-site shredding services?
We do. Whether you need us to come to you and perform our shredding, or want us to take care of it out of sight, Vault will sort it out. We understand that some customers require a visual confirmation that their materials have truly been destroyed so endeavour to accommodate everybody’s needs.
Can I set up a regular shredding program?

You sure can! In fact, we recommend it. We suggest you choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedules. Staying on top of your destruction needs with a regular service allows you to focus on more important things, knowing that your material is being destroyed safely and securely with Vault.

What are your set up fees?

We don’t have any – or any delivery fees! You only get charged for the service itself. We’ll usually be able to deliver our secure bins to you within 24 hours of placing an order. You won’t have to pay a cent until then.
